Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Mars By GHC account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location using the provided return label within 7 days of initiating your request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
